ASSISTANT CONTROLLER- SOUTH PORTLAND
Responsible for the Practice accounting functions to include all general ledger and fixed asset maintenance, preparation of monthly financial statements, bank statement reconciliation, reimbursement analysis, and cost accounting.  Public accounting experience preferred. (Full-Time; M-F)

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - SOUTH PORTLAND
Responsible for providing advanced secretarial and administrative support for the Practice Manager. This position requires an individual, who has the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, anticipates needs, and shows initiative to solve problems and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience providing executive level support. Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, strong technical aptitude with computer systems and software, and flexibility are all required. (Full-Time; M-F)

NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (OFFICE) - SOUTH PORTLAND
Responsible for providing outpatient services in a busy cardiology practice setting, including exercise stress testing, telephone triage of patient symptomatic calls, patient visits.  Experience in cardiology preferred. (Full-Time; 4 days/week)

RESEARCH COORDINATOR - SOUTH PORTLAND
Responsible for promoting good clinical practices and overall professional management in the conduct of clinical investigations. Using knowledge of federal regulations for the conduct of clinical trials, will handle all aspects of coordination of clinical trials for the practice. (Full-Time; M-F)
